Beast Printing also offers embroidery services. We have access to the newest state of the art Tajima and Barudan computerized embroidery machines.
The hat machines can embroider the front and both sides of your hats in a single hooping to save you money and gives you a stylized hat few other companies can offer!
Artwork
We can create any type of artwork, from the simplest of designs to the most complicated of ideas. Or, we can use your artwork. If you choose to supply your own artwork, please see the artwork requirements listed below.
Vectored Artwork Requirements
* All files must be in .EPS, .CDR, .AI, or .PDF format.
* Please submit files with images SIZED for printing.
Image Artwork Requirements
* Files should be presented in .CDR, .PSD, .PICT, .TIFF or .EPS or .JPEG formats only.
* Resolutions should be at least 300 dpi.
* Please submit files with images SIZED for printing.

Hats are run on separate machines; therefore, they cannot be combined for pricing. Front and side logos on hats can be run at the same time, so please combine stitch count for cost.
These fees are in addition to the price of the garment.
3. Surcharges
Colors: $0.50 per color, per garment if over 5 colors.
Metallic Thread: 25% may be added to total of goods.
4. Logo Reproduction
To reproduce a customer’s logo, artwork must be provided (see Artwork specification above).
The charge for this will depend upon the difficulty of the image, however, the normal charge ranges from $65 – $120. For over 10,000 Stitches, add $15/5,000 stitches.
Jacket back logos are considerably more due to the large size, ranges from $400 – $600. Contact us for a quote.
This is a ONE TIME CHARGE. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your logo to be produced.
We will accept previously digitized files from other companies, however, we charge a $15 transfer fee and in addition, we will not guarantee the quality of the embroidered image from other sources. Additional $25 fee for simple edits.
How do I know what the threadcount will be on my artwork? Unfortunately, the only way to know what the threadcount will be is to do the logo reproduction. Some samples are shown below that detail the threadcount for each.
