We are More Than Order Takers

To tell you the truth, our prices are not the lowest out there – we know this. Our industry is packed with competition and what sets us apart from them is that we are not just “order takers”. The problem you’ll find with a lot of our competition is they are too big so what happens is they eventually hire “Mikey”, the barely 16 year old high school student who would rather be out with his friends rather than helping you with your printing needs. Yea, he’ll answer the phone but he doesn’t really know much about the industry and certainly can’t help you with real marketing questions.
I don’t know how many times I’ve caught customer mis-spellings on artwork they said was print ready or informed them about the risk of printing white ink on a polyester red shirts or explained to them in full how costs drasticly increase with more colors because of the work involved and how we could save them a lot of money just be altering there image just slightly.
So yea, we are more than just order takers. Our customers come to us sometimes after they have learned this the hardway unfortunately, but once they start working with us they stay with us even if we aren’t the absolute lowest in price and it’s because they trust us to tell them what will work and will not and how we can help them save money for their specific marketing needs.
